​CONGRATULATIONS! You have taken the first step to owning your own business. There are 3 major things that will contribute to your success:
Discipline is the most important factor in your success -- because when you own your own business, you make your own schedule. It's very easy to decide to take the day off. Unfortunately, it becomes easier each day to just take the day off. If you have a regular JOB (which we call Journey Of the Broke), then it will be important for you to schedule your time efficiently to make room for your new business adventure. Even if you are retired, and have all the time in the world -- it's still important to schedule your time and show up for work. If no one shows up for work -- the company closes down. You cannot build wealth when the shop is closed.
You see you are now in business -- and a business is only as good as the employees are. Guess what? YOU are the employees! You are the President and CEO of your own company. You are the Secretary. You are the Receptionist. You are the Vice President of Marketing. You are the Top Sales Rep. You are responsible for your own success and we are here to help train you so you can be the VERY BEST you can be.........but YOU must do the work. YOU are responsible for your success -- no one else can do it for you. You have a support system, and you have people who will be willing to GUIDE you -- but your success hinges on your ability to DISCIPLINE yourself to be CONSISTENT to do the work necessary to build your empire in this company. So it is DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY that are necessary components for your success. With that understanding -- let's get started!

A note:  REMEMBER: BUILD YOUR WARM MARKET FIRST!!! THAT IS SO VERY IMPORTANT. THIS IS A RELATIONSHIP BUILDING BUSINESS -- AND YOU ALREADY HAVE ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR WARM MARKET. THIS IS THE EASIEST PART OF BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS...SHARING WITH YOUR WARM MARKET!   Once you make it to Director, and want to begin working a cold market, add one of the marketing strategies to your POA (Plan Of Action).  Please do not let all of the marketing strategies confuse and overwhelm you.  Take things ONE STEP AT A TIME.  And only select 3 to 5 ways to market -- go at your own pace.  Once you select what you are going to run with -- get the training and set up in ONE AT A TIME.  Once you have it mastered...go on to the next one.  If you try to take it all in at one time, you will become overwhelmed.  Pace yourself.  Rome was not built in a day.  You want to make sure you are laying a strong foundation, not only for your team, but also for your skill sets.  And please -- HAVE FUN WITH IT!!!
